Our Services include:
- Metal Fabrication Services – This category includes all services and tools related to shaping, forming, and assembling metal components. With over 45 years of experience, the shop is equipped to handle a wide range of fabrication tasks using tools such as a 125 Ton Press Brake, 70 Ton Iron Worker, Vertical Mill, Drill Press, Lathe, and a 75 Ton Hydraulic H-Frame Press. These machines allow for precise bending, cutting, threading, and shaping of metal parts. Layout tables and a 24" Band Saw support detailed planning and cutting operations, while pipe and tube bending capabilities enable custom structural work. The shop also offers hard facing services to enhance wear resistance on metal surfaces.
- Welding Services – A full spectrum of welding techniques is available to meet diverse material and project needs. This includes acetylene welding for general-purpose applications, stick welding for mild steel, stainless steel, and cast iron, MIG and Pulse MIG welding for mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, and TIG welding for more delicate or exotic metals such as chrome-moly. These services are performed with precision and care, ensuring strong, clean welds for both structural and aesthetic purposes.
- Support Equipment & Capabilities – The facility is outfitted with most support tools and equipment typically found in a well-established fabrication and welding business. This includes power threading machines and other essential tools that enhance efficiency and accuracy across all service areas. The shop’s extensive setup reflects decades of experience and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Availability & Scheduling – Services are available after hours by appointment only, offering flexibility for clients with urgent or off-schedule needs. This ensures that even complex or time-sensitive projects can be accommodated with professionalism and care.
